The other way to do it FREE is by a Cydia app called USB Drive. You will need to have your device jailbroken refer HERE how to jailbreak your device.
- Add http://apt.dmytro.me as a Cydia repository source.
- Install USB Drive from the source.
- Launch USB Drive from springboard.
- Use Create Disk option to create virtual disks.
